My name is Maria Minogue Karlsson and I am Swedish, living on the small island of Gotland right in the middle of the Baltic Sea. I am 57 years old, a mother of four and have also two cute grandkids. I have two dogs and a cat. I have been making digital art for many years now, I work mainly in Photoshop on my laptop, but I have recently invested in a iPad Pro and am starting to use that more and more frequently to create art. I find inspiration mostly from the world around me, but I also am a member of a few online digital artistry clubs like Awake and Kaizen, hosted by renowned Sebastian Michaels, where I get inspired and challenged to grow as an artist and where I also may find millions of elements and textures to use in my work. Many times I use my own photographs in my pieces of original art.
