Eligibility for Refunds
We offer refunds under the following circumstances:
- Non-Delivery: If the premade book cover you purchased was not delivered, a refund will be issued after verification.
- Incorrect Product: If the book cover delivered is not the same as the one you ordered, a refund will be issued after verification.
- Custom Work Not Started: If you have requested custom work on a project and the custom work has not yet started, you may request a refund.
Non-Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds if you simply change your mind after purchasing a premade book cover.
- Downloaded Products: Once the book cover has been downloaded, no refund will be issued unless it falls under the non-delivery or incorrect product categories.
- Custom Work Started: If custom work you have approved has already begun on your project, refunds will not be issued.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Send an email to hello@bookcovers.com with your order number, the reason for the refund request, and any supporting documentation (e.g., screenshots of the incorrect cover).
- Review Process: Our team will review your request within 7 business days. During this time, we may contact you for additional information or clarification.
- Decision Notification: You will be notified of our decision via email. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
