Reporting Overview

The Reporting page is your one-stop shop for tracking sales performance, viewing analytics, and managing your financial data. Here’s a breakdown of its features and how to use them.


Tabs Overview

The reporting page includes several tabs to help you monitor your activity:

Overview:

  • Displays key metrics like gross and net sales, orders placed, items purchased, shipping charges, and coupons used.
  • A summary of this month’s sales data is visualized in a chart for quick insights.

Sales by Day:

  • Provides a daily breakdown of sales, helping you identify trends and peaks in activity.

Top Selling:

  • Lists your top-performing covers, showcasing the highest revenue-generating products.

Top Earning:

  • Focuses on the covers that contributed the most to your earnings, regardless of unit count.

Statement:

  • A detailed summary of your financials, including sales, refunds, and payouts.

Key Metrics on the Overview Tab

Gross Sales

  • Total sales amount in the selected period before deductions (e.g., fees or refunds).

Net Sales

  • The actual earnings after deductions such as refunds or discounts.

Orders Placed

  • Total number of orders completed in the selected period.

Items Purchased

  • Total units sold, providing insight into the quantity of covers sold.

Refunds

  • Value and count of refunded orders, helping you keep track of potential issues.

Shipping

  • Charges collected for shipping in applicable cases.

Coupons Used

  • Total discount amount provided through applied coupons.

This Month’s Sales Chart

The sales chart visualizes key metrics:

  • Number of items sold
  • Gross sales amount
  • Net sales amount
  • Shipping amount
  • Refund amount

Each metric is color-coded for easy identification.


Tips for Using the Reporting Page

  1. Navigate Tabs: Use the tabs to dive deeper into specific areas of interest, like daily performance or top-selling covers.
  2. Analyze Trends: Use the daily sales breakdown to identify patterns and adjust your pricing or promotional strategies.
